Studio Owner & Instructor, Ellensburg Yoga Hotspot
Angie grew up in the small town of Carnation, WA. A farmer’s daughter with a wild pull to explore; she has backpacked up and down the coasts of Cuba, Mexico, South Africa, Kenya, Egypt, Tunisia, Greece and Italy, and is now happy to put some roots down in Ellensburg, WA.
After graduating from the University of Washington in the Visual Arts, Angie served two years with the US Peace Corps in South Africa, where she lived in a remote Zulu village working in HIV prevention. Angie retuned home to drive her 1976 VW camper van “Vinney” up and down the west coasts of Canada and the U.S. before finally settling in Eastern Washington. It was here that she discovered the Ellensburg Yoga Hotspot. After graduating from YHS school of yoga; Angie began teaching yoga classes, managing the studio, and is now the grateful owner of the Ellensburg Yoga Hotspot.
Yoga is her passion, life-source, and service to the Ellensburg community. Her mantra in life is to BREATHE, to LET GO, and to say YES to all the unexpected blessings life has to offer.
